Consent to personal data processing

For Kadr support enquiries. Version dated 26 October 2026

This is a separate consent document for correspondence with support at kadr@asinex.tech. Opening this page, following a contact link or using Kadr does not constitute consent. Website analytics consent is requested separately.

1. Controller and purpose

By separately confirming this consent, I freely and in my own interest authorize ASINEX LLC to process the data listed below to review my enquiry about Kadr, prepare a reply and correspond regarding that enquiry.

Controller: ASINEX Limited Liability Company, INN 9717192052, OGRN 1267700154402. Address: Premises 13P, Building 1, 17 Selskokhozyaystvennaya Street, Rostokino Municipal District, Moscow, 129226, Russia. Contact: kadr@asinex.tech.

2. Data covered by this consent

Passwords, sign-in codes, payment details, special categories of data and biometric data are not needed for an enquiry. Remove unnecessary information and other people's data before sending attachments.

3. Processing operations

Consent covers receiving, recording, organizing, storing, updating, retrieving, using, restricting, deleting and destroying data for the stated purpose. Processing may be automated or manual.

REG.RU email infrastructure is used to deliver and store correspondence; my chosen email provider also processes the message. Support access is limited to the data needed to review my enquiry. Data is not published or shared for advertising.

4. How to give consent

When consent is required to review an enquiry, it can be provided in a separate email to kadr@asinex.tech with the subject “Consent to data processing”. Identify the enquiry and confirm: “I consent to the processing of my personal data to review my enquiry about Kadr under the document at https://kadr.asinex.tech/docs/pd-consent, version dated 26 October 2026”.

An enquiry without separate confirmation does not constitute consent under this document. Where an independent legal basis exists, processing relies on that basis as described in the personal data processing policy.

5. Duration and withdrawal

Consent remains valid until the enquiry and related correspondence are completed, or until withdrawn. Once the purpose is achieved or consent withdrawn, data is deleted within 30 days unless another legal basis permits retention. Evidence of consent may be retained to the extent needed to meet legal obligations and demonstrate lawful processing.

To withdraw consent, email kadr@asinex.tech with the subject “Withdrawal of data processing consent” and identify the enquiry. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

6. Matters covered separately

This consent does not cover advertising mailings, disclosure for public distribution, website analytics or uploading local projects. Information about accounts and the extension is provided in the personal data processing policy, and analytics in the cookie policy.
