Cookies and local storage

Yandex Metrica is enabled only with your consent. You can allow or decline analytics and change your choice at the bottom of any page. The counter runs only on the Kadr website. Local extension projects are not sent to it.

1. Scope

This document applies to kadr.asinex.tech, the Kadr extension and api.kadr.asinex.tech. Controller: ASINEX LLC, INN 9717192052, OGRN 1267700154402. The registered address and general processing terms are in the privacy policy. Contact: kadr@asinex.tech.

Your selected website language is stored on this device in localStorage under kadr.site-language.v1 until you change your choice or clear your browser data. This preference applies independently of analytics consent. If no language is selected, the homepage uses your primary browser language, or English if that language is not supported.

2. Website analytics and your choice

The website uses Yandex Metrica counter 113811435, including Session Replay, click maps, link tracking and accurate bounce rate. The library, pixel and counter requests do not load until you press Allow. Scrolling, following a link and continuing to browse do not constitute consent.

Decline keeps the website available without Metrica. Analytics settings at the bottom of the page lets you change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops the counter and reloads the page without it. The choice is saved in this website's localStorage under the key kadr.analytics-consent.v1 for 180 days. The record contains the choice, date and settings version and is not sent to a server by our script. If storage is unavailable, the choice applies to the current page and may be requested again.

After consent, Metrica receives browser and device information, IP address, page URL and referrer, browser identifiers, views, clicks and actions on the website. Session Replay records interactions with the page. It does not record other tabs or the computer screen and is not connected to the extension editor. The ecommerce parameter named dataLayer is retained in the counter code, but the website does not accept payments or send purchase events.

Examples of Metrica storage technologies:

_ym_uid and _ym_d: browser identification and first visit date, up to one year.
_ym_isad: ad blocker information, up to 20 hours.
_ym_visorc_*: Session Replay operation, up to 30 minutes.
Service keys in localStorage and sessionStorage for counter operation.

The keys and retention periods may change with the counter version and settings. The current list is in Yandex help. Cookies may be set on the parent domain asinex.tech and used by its other pages with Metrica. Kadr settings control counter loading on kadr.asinex.tech, not the choice on the Asinex corporate website.

Withdrawing consent stops further counter loading. It does not delete statistics already collected by Yandex or all cookies on external domains. Manage saved cookies in your browser settings; for enquiries about data already shared, email kadr@asinex.tech. Data is processed under the Yandex policy and Kadr policy.

3. Extension local storage

IndexedDB: recordings, separate tracks, action events, projects, caption text and editing settings. Retained until the project or extension data is deleted.
chrome.storage.local: account session data, including tokens if you are signed in, and the teleprompter draft and settings. Tokens are deleted after successful sign-out; the server separately controls session expiry. The teleprompter draft is retained until changed or extension data is cleared.
chrome.storage.session: temporary recording state and status messages. Retention depends on the extension and browser session.
Browser cache: downloaded speech recognition model files. Reused for local caption generation and may be removed by the browser.

4. Account service cookies

The current website does not use the API to sign in or receive its cookies. The extension sends tokens through request headers and bodies. For web clients, the API supports technical cookies kadr_access (up to 15 minutes) and kadr_refresh (until session expiry, at most 30 days). Issued only when signing in through a web client, they use Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict flags and are not used for advertising.

5. How to delete data

Delete projects in the extension. Clearing extension data or uninstalling it may delete all local projects, so export important videos first. Downloaded MP4, WebM and GIF files are deleted separately like ordinary files. Signing out does not delete recordings. To delete a server account, follow the procedure in the privacy policy.

6. Other websites and changes

When you visit the Chrome Web Store or another external service, its own data processing rules apply. Analytics choices on the Kadr website apply only to kadr.asinex.tech.

If analytics purposes or connected services change, this document and any necessary consent settings will be updated before the corresponding processing begins.
