If something is not working
Describe what you wanted to do and where the problem occurred. Include your Kadr version, Chrome version and operating system. Remove personal data and work document contents from any screenshots you attach.
Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or payment details. Recordings are stored on your device, so support cannot see them automatically.
Account and personal data
To delete your account, email us from the address you used to sign in with the subject “Delete Kadr account”. For other data enquiries, use the subject “Personal data”.
Personal data processing policy explains what data Kadr uses and how to delete it. Consent for support enquiries is provided separately when processing requires consent. Analytics settings are available at the bottom of every page.
